David Goggins is an American author, motivational speaker, retired U.S. Navy SEAL, and renowned ultra-endurance athlete. Born in 1975, he overcame a difficult childhood marked by poverty, prejudice, and abuse, later transforming himself through intense discipline and physical training. He is the only member of the U.S. Armed Forces to have completed training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force Tactical Air Controller. He has also competed in more than 60 ultra-endurance races and previously held a Guinness World Record for completing 4,030 pull-ups in 17 hours. Goggins became widely known through his memoir *Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds*, in which he recounts his personal transformation and presents his philosophy of mental toughness and self-discipline. He later published *Never Finished*, continuing his exploration of overcoming limitations and developing mental resilience.
